3- day Dance Aerobics  Package
 This three day package allows you to get active and stay active on
your vacation. Burn a few pounds learning a few new dance moves to
fun dance mixes. This 45 minute class starts out with a 10 minute
warm up and then we launch into a 25 minute dancercise mix ending
with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. This class will leave you
feeling good, refreshed and worked out.
Minimum: 2 people
$60 per person


3- day Exercise Boot Camp
 Used to a hard exercise regimen? Don’t want to lose your
momentum during vacation? The Sundance Studio offers our 3-day
Exercise Boot Camp that is sure to keep you on schedule during your
vacation. Many of our stretches and exercises are modeled after boot
camp exercises. Push ups, squats, sit ups and other variations will
make you sweat. With a 10 minute warm-up and a hard 25 minutes of
various exercises, this class is sure to make you work!
Minimum: 2 people
$70 per person


Introduction to Clogging
 Learn the basics of Clogging, an all American dance formed by our
ancestors who first settled in America. This 60 minute class will take
you through some of the basics steps of clogging and help you learn
a beginner routine. Your instructor for the class will be professional
clogger Dorothy Stephenson. Dorothy’s clogging career began in
Bath County, Virginia when she was 5 years old. Since then, clogging
has led her up and down the east coast earning championship
honors. Clogging has been showcased on NBC’s America’s Got
Talent by group “All That!” and “Southern Belles” as well as So You
Think You Can Dance by championship clogger Brandon Norris.

Clogging: Build Your Own
 Are you an experienced clogger on vacation or maybe just want to
learn? Customize your own class! Beginner to Advanced, give us a
call and we will teach a song just for you! Assist us in picking out
your music and designing the choreography to your skill level. Call
Instructor Dorothy Stephenson 3-4 weeks before your vacation to
answer a few questions and when you get to the class you will be
dancing to a song of your choice with a routine designed especially
for you! A personalized vacation souvenir!
$15 per person


Group Entertainment
 Book Comeptitive Clogging Team Sundance Express or Highland
County’s own performing team The Little Switzerland Cloggers for a
private performance to entertain a large family gathering or business
colleagues. Call 4-8 weeks prior to book a performance.

Two groups to choose from!

Sundance Express
will perform a short 30 minute show that will showcase their award-
winning and competitive dances. $150

The Little Switzerland Cloggers
will dazzle you with a variety of different routines and skill levels in a
show with music genres ranging from blue grass to hip hop. $250


Clogging: An All American Dance – COMING SOON!
 In The Works! Entertainment for a group. Book your own private
clogging performance! Our dancers will take you from the early
formation of our beloved dance form to today’s intense competitive
circuits. Influences of Irish dance, English Country Dance, Pointe and
other forms of dance will be showcased in this electric show!
Featuring experienced cloggers from competitive team, Sundance
Express and Highland’s own Little Switzerland Cloggers as well as
other talented dancers from around our local area. Call for more
